Dr. Bassil got his M.Sc. also, the Ph.D. degree in Physiology from the University of Montreal, Montreal in 2003 and 2007 individually. Oleg V. Gradov is a leader of Biophysical Instrumentation Group at the Tal’roze Institute for Energy Problems of Chemical Physics (Russian Academy of Sciences), Laboratory of Biological Effects of Nanostructures. His recent works are focused on lab-on-a-chip design for multispectral multiparametric mapping, ERD-SBGN-mapping of biological samples, chemometric microscopy, spectroelectrochemical and electro-morphological techniques for biomembranes and neural structures. He has collaborations with researchers in several other areas of computer-assisted biophysical and biochemical investigations, including neurophysiology and neuromorphology, biogeochemistry and biogeophysics, photobiochemistry and laser biophysics, bioinformatics and chemoinformatics, etc. Oleg Gradov has served on roughly ten conference and workshop program committees and is the Program Chair for Analog Signal Processing-Based Bioinformatics Seminar (ASP-BB) in INEPCP, Moscow. He is also an ambassador of ASAPBIO (Accelerating Science and Publication in Biology; Cambridge, MA) in Russian Federation and a member of several Advisory Boards.
Oleg Gradov founded some novel trends in analog biomedical engineering and quantitative microscopy. He is the author of 120 journal papers and 90 conference papers and seminar reports before 2018, and the member of the Editorial Boards of 10 journals. Recent grants of his group include: “Development of the novel physical methods for complex biomedical diagnostics based on position-sensitive mapping with the angular resolution at the tissue and cellular levels using analytical labs-on-a-chip” (RFBR # 16-32-00914) and “Lab-on-a-chip development for personalized diagnostics” (FASIE 0019125).

Prior to becoming a Group Leader, Oleg Gradov enjoyed playing the piano and analog synthesizers, academic poetry and classical German philosophy, scientific excursions and natural history studies. Despite the lack of time, he still enjoys both poetry and classical and symphonic electronic music, since they provide inspiration for scientific research. The general motto of his group is: “Logics, Discipline, Enthusiasm, Inspiration!”

Dr. Ram Kumar Sahu is a result oriented, high energy, hands-on proficient with a successful record of achievements. He has completed his PhD from Banasthali University, Jaipur (Rajastha), India and M Pharm from Dr. M. G. R. Medical University, Chennai, India. He served as the Production Officer in Incare Pharma Pvt. Ltd., Aurangabad (M.S.) India for one year and four months prior to his return to graduate school to pursue advanced studies. Currently he is Associate Professor of Pharmaceutical Sciences at Columbia Institute of Pharmacy, Raipur, India and engaged in teaching UG, PG and supervising Ph.D. research scholars. He also holds Assistant Professor position at Oriental college of Pharmacy and GRY Institute of Pharmacy India. He had more than 14 years professional experience out of which 13 years teaching and research experience.
Dr. Sahu research work highlights on Isolation and characterization of active constituents, novel drug delivery system, formulation and standardization of herbal drugs, screening and evaluation of various Pharmacological activities of samples. He has made innovative, outstanding and original contributions both in education and research in the area of natural products.
Dr. Sahu is handling research project funded by Indian Government and Universities. He has been developed Contract Research Lab in Institute and successfully completed number of projects received from different colleges and Universities of India and Abroad. Dr. Sahu is registered PhD supervisor in Indian Universities and appointed as External PhD supervisor in Nahda University, Cairo, Egypt. He is appointed co-supervisor for M Pharm in MSU University Malaysia. Under his supervision twenty six PG scholars and two PhD scholar submitted their dissertation. Currently four PhD scholars are working with him. He is appointed as Ph.D. examiner and as guest lecturer with several Indian and Abroad Universities. He has developed MOU with Burapaha University, Thailand; and MOU with other Universities of Colombia, Malaysia and Egypt are in under process.
He has been awarded the best presentation award in Singapore in 2014 and received twice best performance award in Pharmacy Department. He has published over 65 articles in National and International peer reviewed journals in the field of Pharmacy. Further he is contributed three chapters in book and four E-content for University Grant Commission, India. He is in the editorial boards of the various national and international peer review journal.
Dr. Sahu is an invited speaker and panellist in various Abroad and Indian conferences. He has organized various National and International Conferences, and participated on more than twenty five conferences, workshops and staff development programme. He has visited Singapore, Malaysia (Two times), Thailand and Egypt.
Dr. Sahu is coordinating training and placement cell of the institute and successfully placed number of student in various Pharmaceutical Industries.
Dr. Sahu is currently a member of the Chhattisgarh State Pharmacists, Association of Pharmaceutical Teachers of India, The Indian Pharmaceutical Association, Society of Ethnopharmacology and VIBHA.

Adalberto Rezende Santos is Ph.D in Cellular and Molecular Biology from Oswaldo Cruz Foundation (Fiocruz), Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Actually, he is a Senior Investigator and Substitute Head of the Laboratory of Molecular Biology Applied to Mycobacteria of Oswaldo Cruz Institute, Supervisor at the post-graduation programs of Cellular, Molecular Biology, and Clinical Medicine from Fiocruz and Federal University of Rio de Janeiro respectively. He is ad hoc consultant of the Executive Secretariat of Science Technology and Environment and of the Ministry of Health, Brazil. He is also referee of the Journal of Infectious Diseases and Pharmacogenomics.
Hima Bindu Gujjarlamudi is working as an Assistant Professor in Pharmacology at Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Ongole, Andhra Pradesh, India. She has completed MD in Pharmacology and PG diploma in diabetology & Geriatric medicine. She trained life sciences and medical undergraduates in clinical research, pharmacovigilance and assisted them in completion of their projects. She conducted many medical camps in various remote places and awareness camps among antenatal women and geriatric group. She was awarded for the best services by the district Collector in 2016.

Prof. Dr. Kaiser Jamil, presently, Head of Genetics Department, Bhagwan Mahavir Medical Research Centre, Hyderabad, T.S., India, former Principle Senior Scientist of CSIR- Indian Institute of Chemical Technology, has contributed significantly in the area of Toxicology, Cancer biology and Bioinformatics and impact on QOL/ affecting human health. Her research combines unusual versatility in adopting different areas like Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics and Pharmacogenomics for demonstrating the effect of some xenobiotics that cause various malignancies in at least 2% of the population. Her work on SNPs in apoptotic genes and drug metabolizing genes like CYPs and GSTs in various cancers showed how DNA damage leads to disease progression, further her work on the polymorphisms of these genes determines the genotypes which could be categorized as poor, medium and fast metabolizers. She has made a significant impact in the scientific world in the field of pharmacogenomics. Her group has succeeded in developing Models using bioinformatic tools for evaluating these polymorphisms for drug targeting as evidenced in her most recent publications on EGFR, MTHFR, eNOS, and PON1 genes. Her work in Leukaemia was acclaimed as the best paper and their invention was filed as a patent along with her group where they use a statistical approach CHAID & DFA to have a holistic approach to evaluate the problem of childhood leukaemia. She has published over 290 papers in peer reviewed journals, and presented her work in international conferences. She is on the editorial board of several prestigious journals and is a peer reviewer of several journals. She has been the first women from India to become the President of the Prestigious Organization – OWSD Organization of Women in Science for the Developing World- (OWSD) Trieste- Italy.
Seyed Ali Sadegh Zadeh, is a PhD candidate and a member of Artificial Intelligence and Intelligent Systems (AI&IS) in Department of Computer Science at the University of Hull. He has graduated in Master’s Degree in Advanced Computing - Machine Learning, Data Mining and High-Performance Computing from University of Bristol (2013). His thesis is about “Computational Modelling for Early Detection of Mental Disorders”.
Shamim Ahmad obtained his Ph.D. at the Department of Microbiology, Central Drug Research Institute, Lucknow in 1982. Currently, he is serving as Professor of Ocular Microbiology and Officer in-charge & Teacher in-charge (Administrative Affairs) at Ocular Microbiology Section, Institute of Ophthalmology, JN Medical College, Faculty of Medicine, Aligarh Muslim University, India since January 10, 1983. Prof. Ahmad had has also served as Faculty for more than 5 years on deputation at Faculties of Medicine in the Department of Clinical Microbiology, Al-Arab Medical University, Libya and Department of Medical Microbiology, College of Medicine, King Khalid University, Saudi Arabia. Prof. Ahmad is the recipient of at least 6 International Fellowships including "DAAD”(W.Germany), "JSPS"(Japan), "ROYAL-SOC.-London" (UK), "DAAD"(Germany), "TUBA"(Turkey) and "SAIA" (Slovak Republic) as a visiting Professor. After the completion of junior pharmacist training, she spent 12 years as Women’s and Children’s Pharmacist, mainly specialising in Paediatric ICU, Paediatric Liver, Obstetrics and Gynaecology. She published a number of articles including two articles relating to drugs use in paediatric liver diseases published in UK healthcare magazine. She is also a registered pharmacist in HK and she is currently working as the Senior Pharmacist (Clinical Pharmacy Service) at the HKU-SZH in China. She is also the Honorary Lecturer of the Department of Pharmacology and Pharmacy at the University of Hong Kong.
